The step from school to college is a big one, from familiar surroundings to the real world. A problem made more complex with a variety of streams to choose from and new colleges sprouting everywhere. Students often, jump into streams and colleges uninformed and unplanned, with no course set for the future.

At Passout.co.in, we intend to fill that gap by providing students all the information they need to make an informed decision, free from peer or authority pressure. After all, if the student is going to be in college, shouldn’t it be one of his own choosing? The decision to start the website was made by the founders, after they recollected the difficulties they faced when they passed out. So why not give the younger generations a better chance?

And now, a word about our founders.

Utsav Agarwal

Utsav Agarwal is closely connected to the college circuit. He has conducted guest lectures at NMIMS, HR College, JAIHIND College and is a visiting faculty at MMK College of Commerce besides a few others.

He credits his knowledge and expertise in his teaching to his education in several high profile institutes like Jamnabai Narsee, Narsee Monjee College and HR. He learnt the basics of leadership very early as captain of the Junior College football team in Narsee Monjee.

Today, he has under his belt a BMS, MCOM and an MBA degree. Not to mention, a Personality Development Course from the internationally esteemed British Council.

Always looking to excel in his field, Utsav has had successful stints in MNC’s like ICICI Prudential, Bank of India and JP Morgan. He currently balances teaching with a family run business and also a major role in an advertising and branding agency. He is also associated and helps out with various charitable organisations too.

His knowledge of colleges and love for imparting knowledge led him to conceive the idea of Passout.co.in with his younger brother and a friend. Together, they are now the brains and the management of this site.

Manav Agrawal

Manav Agrawal sees himself as a sportsman, being the captain of the junior college football team, representing Mumbai in the State-level football and winning several laurels in football and handball at the district(DSO) and MSSA level. He is a die-hard fan of Manchester United.

But apart from being a prolific sportsman, he has excelled academically too. After scoring a 95% in ICSE Board at Jamnabai Narsee School, he took admission at DG Ruparel College. He is currently studying his second year of Computer Engineering at the famous DJ Sanghvi College.

Manav is an Optimist, taking on any challenge thrown at him in life and hoping for the best. He brings to passout.co.in, a student’s perspective and a knowhow of what exactly they look for in a college.
